  How to create a Payoneer account

 

1.       The first step is to visit the payoneer website.

2.       Once you are there click on the sign up or register button on the right upper corner.

 

 

Payoneer lets you create an account that is suitable for you. You will select one from the drop down menu with the key word “I am a.”

 

·         Freelancer or SMB

·         Online seller

·         Affiliate marketer

·         Vacation rental host

·         Individual

3.       Select the option that is suitable for you

·         Select the other box that says “I am looking and a keyword will show up. Select and continue.

4.       Then click the register button that come up.

The next page will come up

 

 

5.       Choose any you like depending on the type of business that you provide.

 

6.       Fill in your personal details.

Make sure to provide a valid email address and a password you can remember

 

 

 

7.       You will be required to provide your contact details.

·         Country

·         Address

·         City or town

·         Zip number you can use 12345 as a zip code

·         Phone number fro verification and you will receive almost immediately the code after you click send code button.

·         When you receive the verification code, out it in the verification box and click next to proceed.

 

 

8.       This is the security area your user name will appear as your email address

·         You will enter your password

·         Enter a security question and answer in case you forgot your password.

·         Your identity type and identity number you can choose your passport, national id and driving license.

When you are done filling in all the information you will be directed to another page.

 

 

Here you need to your bank details and the currency that you want.

On the bank please indicate correct bank account details. The details of the bank you have in Malawi. Make sure to put the correct bank name

·         Account holder name

·         Account name

·         And swift / BIC codes. You can get these codes from your bank by calling them or visiting their offices.

·         Tick on the two terms by ticking on the two boxes. And click the submit button.

How to add a new bank account?

1. Sign in to Payoneer.
2. From the main menu, go to Settings and choose Bank Accounts.
3. Choose the type of bank account you want to add:
1. To add a new bank account for withdrawal, select the Your accounts tab
2. To add a new recipient bank account for paying recipients that are not Payoneer customers, select the Recipient accounts tab
4. Select Add bank account.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to add the bank account details.
   For Individual accounts: The account holder name must match the name on your Payoneer account.
   For Company accounts: The account holder name much match the company name on your Payoneer account.
   Note: If you are adding a recipient bank account, you will be asked to provide recipient contact details. Please ensure that this information is accurate, as incorrect information can delay Payoneer approval of the bank account.
6. Once you submit the details, we’ll review them. It usually takes up to 3 business days. Watch your email for confirmation that the bank account has been approved.

 

How do you make a withdrawal?

To withdraw from payoneer you need to have a Payoneer master card.

This Payoneer MasterCard you can use the card to withdraw money on ATMs in our local currency. Or you can use it in the 200 countries that Payoneer is available.

For you to have this card you need to request or apply for the card.

To do this;

•   Go to your account

·       Click on setting

·      Then to cards

One thing to know is that you'll be able to order a Payoneer card once you've received payments of at least 100.00 USD (or equivalent) to your account in the previous 6 months.

Once you apply the card is shipped directly to your postal address.

Payoneer issues the MasterCard for free.

Once your application is approved, you will receive a notification on the expected dates on which the card will reach you.

After receiving the card you will have to activate it, before, you start using it.  The activation process involves inputting the card number printed on the card, through your Payoneer account dashboard.

 

Make sure you give the correct information as about your shipping details. If the first card is lost during shipping, Payoneer charges 50$ to give you another MasterCard

 

1. Select the bank account you want to withdraw to.
2. Click Withdraw.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to make a withdrawal

How much money can you withdraw?

You can make up to 30 ATM withdrawals for a total of $5000. You can make up to 30 point of sale transactions for a total of $2500.

How long does it take until the funds reach your bank account?

It generally takes 2-5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account after you receive the confirmation email. Transfers within the US usually take 2-3 business days.
